Our Story
It started at home in Matina, Davao. Our household was as busy as ever—people working from home, kids shouting at each other, dogs barking at one another, and air-conditioners running for hours just to keep everyone cool.
Then the electricity bill arrived.
Almost ₱20,000.
It wasn't a small amount. At that rate, we were looking at nearly ₱240,000 a year just to keep the house running. And that got us thinking: if we were going to spend that much on electricity anyway, could we turn it into an investment instead?
So we started looking into solar.
We spoke to suppliers and providers. There were quotes, drafted invoices, lists of panels and inverters, and breakdowns of materials. But somewhere between all the numbers, we realised we were still missing the most important part: an explanation.
Why was this particular system right for our home? What did each component actually do for us? What were we paying for beyond the equipment? What happens after installation? What kind of aftercare would we receive? And, most importantly, what would this investment actually mean for our household?
We were given the pieces, but no one was really putting them together for us.
For a service built around someone's home and a significant investment, the care just wasn't there.
So we decided to build the kind of experience we were looking for.
And that's how Solect PH began.

What we stand for
We size to your consumption, not to the largest invoice we could write. If solar is not worth it for your roof, we will say so.
Every design is PEC compliant and signed. Every installation is inspected by a supervisor before handover.
Even when a project is done, our relationship isn't. Every system includes 3 months of free maintenance, 10% off maintenance during your first year, and packages come with 5–10 year warranty coverage.
